Thinkable — Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 July 2026 · Operated by Pardalis Solutions Ltd (company number 13962306)
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Thinkable, a daily-learning application operated by Pardalis Solutions Ltd ("Pardalis", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13962306). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Thinkable. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Each account is for one individual's personal use; accounts are not transferable.
3. The service
Thinkable delivers one AI-generated lesson per day, organised around seven weekly themes (Mindful Monday, Tech Tuesday, Worldly Wednesday, Thoughtful Thursday, Finance Friday, Science Saturday, Self Sunday). Features include a personal library of pinned lessons, notes, reminders, and optional push notifications. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
4. Free trial
New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the plan you selected. We will email you a reminder before your trial ends and before any charge is made.
By starting a trial, you acknowledge that you will have immediate access to lesson content from day one of your trial, and you consent to this immediate access. To the extent applicable under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you agree that your right to cancel for a refund applies only to content not yet accessed, and that this right ends no later than the conclusion of your free trial.
5. Subscription plans and billing
- Plans: Monthly and Annual, priced in GBP or USD based on your location at signup (with a manual currency option available)
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand
- You can cancel anytime via your account settings or Stripe's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you retain access until then
- We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law
- We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers; changes apply from your next renewal, not retroactively
6. Gift subscriptions
Gift subscriptions may be purchased for a one-year term and redeemed by a recipient via a unique code. Gift purchases are one-time payments and are non-refundable once the code has been redeemed. Unredeemed codes do not expire.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying prompts or training data behind Thinkable's lesson generation; share your account with others; use the service for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
8. AI-generated content
Lesson content is generated using AI (via the Anthropic API) and may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Thinkable is intended for general educational interest and curiosity, and does not constitute professional, medical, financial, or legal advice. You should independently verify anything you intend to rely on.
9. Intellectual property
Thinkable, its branding, design, and the underlying software are owned by Pardalis Solutions Ltd. Notes and pins you create remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to store and display them back to you as part of the service.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pardalis's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Thinkable is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
11. Termination
You may stop using Thinkable and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, including abusive or unlawful use.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email before they take effect.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
